Prestige Properties acts as a real estate broker facilitating transactions between property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Our services include:

• Assistance in property documentation and legal processes
• Property inspection and site visit coordination
• Negotiation assistance between parties

We act solely as intermediaries and do not own, buy, or sell properties directly. All transactions are between the respective parties.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website

Property Listings

Brokerage Fees and Commissions

• Our brokerage fees are charged as a percentage of the transaction value or as a fixed fee, as agreed upon before engagement
• Commission rates vary based on property type, transaction value, and services rendered
• All fees will be communicated clearly before any transaction
• Payment terms will be specified in the brokerage agreement
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations
• Refund policies, if any, will be outlined in the specific service agreement

RERA Compliance

As a real estate broker operating in Haryana, we comply with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and related state regulations:

• We are registered with HRERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority)
• We only deal with RERA-registered projects where applicable
• We provide accurate information about project approvals and registrations
• We maintain transparency in all our dealings as per RERA guidelines
• For complaints related to RERA, users may approach the respective RERA authority

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for any disputes between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Property images and descriptions belong to respective owners and are used with permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prestige Properties, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• The parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The arbitration shall be held in Gurugram, Haryana
• The language of arbitration shall be English or Hindi
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
• The courts of Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
